Beaches in the municipality of Lagoa (Carvoeiro, Ferragudo, Benagil, Marinha, up to Senhora da Rocha)

The coast of the municipality of Lagoa is extensive and has many of the best beaches in the Algarve. It starts in the traditional village of Ferragudo, passes through Carvoeiro, Benagil where is located the famous Benagil cave, Marinha, ending in Senhora da Rocha.
There are many more beaches besides these, but they are inaccessible or very difficult to access by land, so we have not included them in this list.
